1. Ordering

We accept both local Singapore and International orders!

How To Order?

- Select the item that you are interested in
- Add to Cart
- Click on your Shopping Cart at the top right corner
- Click on Checkout
- Select your Payment Method (Paypal / iBanking / ATM Transfer (Receipt required))
- Click on Checkout Now
- Fill up your contact details and Place Your Order!

Then after that, just wait for the invoice via email!

2. Payment

Full payment has to be done within 24 hours after the invoice has been issued and the extension of payment is based on request. 

We accept the following payment methods for both Singaporeans and International buyers:

  1. iBanking 
  2. Paypal (No charges)
  3. DBS/POSB ATM Transfers (Require a receipt)

Upon transferring, reply the invoice with:
- Name
- iBanking Nick (if using iBanking)
- Transaction reference number
- Time & Date of transfer
- Total amount transferred
- If paying via ATM transfer, please attach a picture of the ATM receipt

3. Shipping


ALL other countries

We use SingPost to ship out all orders - local and international. 
An email will be sent out to notify you when we have shipped to your delivery address. 

  1. Singapore: Orders will take about 2-7 business days (incl weekends) to be processed and mailed out.
  2. International: Shipping times varies from 1~2 weeks (and up to max 4 weeks with delays)depending on the location and period (e.g festive periods will take longer). It also depends on the efficiency of your local postal service. 

If you top up for registered mail, you can track your items with the tracking number given. 

However, we seek your understanding that mitsueki by mitsueki is NOT responsible for the loss of normal mail and we highly recommend that you top up for registered mail.
